Strong Japanese green tea for experienced tea drinkers

Green Japan Sencha Yamato tea is a classic green tea of high quality. The tea leaves are harvested late in the season. Having ripened in the summer sun, these leaves have a fuller and more powerful aroma than regular green Sencha tea. The tea leaves have an olive green colour and yield a yellow to light-green cup.

This is the perfect tea for a more experience tea drinker who likes a pronounced, powerful green tea flavour.

Use

1 tbsp for 1,75dl water (at 65°C). Briefly steep and taste. If the tea is not strong enough, let it steep another 30 seconds. Reuse a up to 3-4 times.
